7 Principles

The principles that guide our behaviors and attitude.

Principle #7: Diversity

We must attract, retain and motivate people from many backgrounds and perspectives. Being diverse is not optional; it is what we must be.

Integrity. We do what we say we will do, to maintain a high degree of trust and credibility with our customers, partners and suppliers. We encourage open, candid and caring communication.

Quality. Our focus is on our brands and our products. The ultimate justification for our company is its ability to offer products that are appealing because of their good quality, convenience, and variety.

Determination. Winning is not a sometime thing; it's an all the time thing. You don't win once in a while; you don't do things right once in a while; you do them right all the time. Winning is a habit. Unfortunately, so is losing. Quoted from Vince Lombardi

Performance. Each individual contributes to the team's success and we share the rewards of collective strong performance.

Growth. We must grow profitably to thrive. Individual growth drives company growth. Change is a catalyst for improvement.

Fair Play. Our business is highly competitive, and we aggressively seek to expand our client relationships. However, we must always be fair competitors and must never denigrate other firms.

Diversity. We must attract, retain and motivate people from many backgrounds and perspectives. Being diverse is not optional; it is what we must be.
